ES-333 : EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION

Time : 3 hours                                                                       Maximum Weightage : 70%

Note : (i) All the four questions are compulsory.

(ii) All the questions carry equal weightage.

1.Answer the following question in about 600 words:

Discuss the important aspects that ensure fairness and accuracy of evaluation.

OR

Describe classification of Educational objectives

into different dimensions and broad categories.

2.Answer the following question in about 600 words :

Give your ideas about proper planning, expert execution, adequate recording and the use of reliable observation technique.

OR

Suggest significant guidelines to use Anecdotal Records, for evaluation. What aspects of a student do these Records reveal ?

3. Write notes on any four of the following in  150 words each :

(a)Types of graphical representation of data

(b)Reliability and its measurement

(c)Difference between Evaluation and measurement

(d)Formative evaluation and its objectives

(e)Norm-referenced Evaluation

(f)Concept of peer-rating and its significance.

4. Answer the following question in about 600 words :

Prepare two good essay - type questions for the topic, subject and class you are teaching. Prepare guidelines for assessing their answers step wise.
